Absolutely Recommended

I recently purchased this Craftsman leaf blower and have used it twice. So far, I haven't had any problems at all. It starts just like it's supposed to (just follow the instructions and you won't have any problem), it runs fairly quiet as far as a leaf blower can, it does a great job piling up leaves and clearing flower beds. I would highly recommend it. In the future I will buy another one. The only change I would make is allow the user to direct the air either up, down, or side to side to help...

Won’t stay running after it reaches operating temp

I just bought it. Does not stay running at operating temperature. Ethanol free gas 50:1, read the directions. I’ve used machines for a long time. Something isn’t right with this.

Love/Hate

I have a love hate relationship with this leaf blower. It does and awesome job blowing leaves in our large wooded yard. Not so good for gardens as it is very powerful and blew the mulch/rocks out. It is very heavy and I do not consider myself as weak. It is very loud. I would highly recommend ear protection as my ears were screwed up after using it the first time. Protection plan

My problem is not with the leaf blower, my problem is with the protection plan that I purchased since it is suppose to give you 50% back on the maintenance items such as fuel, spark plugs etc. I submitted two different receipts for the 50:1 fuel I purchased. Got the claims approved but can't seem to receive the e gift cards thru my emails, Talked to 8 different people and nobody can explain why I can't receive my e gift cards. The blower has good power, comfortable and lightweight to wear, hand controls are nice and the extra extension piece that comes with it is a good inclusion. The blower tubes pop on and off only when you want them with big plastic buttons, much better than the old twist lock method. I only have two complaints.
