Get the warranty at initial purchase, at Lowes
Would Not RecommendNo issues with the product but don’t initially purchase the warranty. Went into the SF store and was told I couldn’t purchase it that it was only at the time of initial purchase. I would have returned it but it was a gift and my kid opened it and recycled the box. I work at Homedepot and know I would have been able to do it at my store with just the receipt. Oh well won’t buy anything at Lowe’s just for that reason.

Would RecommendThis blower is the best blower we have ever purchased! We have about 3 acres and about 30 trees in our yard. This thing is so powerful it’s cut the time in half, not to mention it’s way lighter than our other ones. Definitely worth it!

Pleased overall with blower
I used the blower last two days 4.5 hours each day it got to where it started on the third pull after a couple fill ups. Only bad thing is it uauea alot of gas two gallons and a quart, my old one only used a quart. Overall I'm pleased though

Not to give up on Craftsman
Would RecommendThe first unit that I bought simply did not work. My daughter went on the Craftsman chat line and they told her to go back to Lowe’s and get one that works. We did, and the Customer Service at Lowe’s was great. They gave me a credit and asked an associate to try to find a new one. He did and we left with a new, followed the instructions again for set-up and it started right up. We killed the engine to see if it would start again and it did. We are very happy with the product.
