Currently this is my best friend as we have been without power for 3 & 1/2 days, with an estimate of no power restored for another 4 to 5 days. Poor management
Shopping was a joke. The manager was terrible. It was crazy that all the employees shared the same experience with this leader. Is this a common thing? To hire mangers that treat their employees so poor? It also translated on how the customers were treated. Made my shopping experience AWFUL

Generates power - could not assemble
Cranks right up and generates power, which saved my food and provided fans for 3 days without power. The only issue was assembling the foot pads as the bolt alignment is impossible to get both bolts in at the same time, so i gave up! Only time will tell if this model is good after a year due to typical carburetor issues even with a gas shutoff valve.

We have maintained it and finally really needed it. It started immediately, and ran, ran, ran. We used it 4 days, it kept our full-size newer refrigerator running, Internet equipment and router, 64 in energy efficient flat screen and several fans going easily.
