Very bad customer service.
Would Not RecommendHurricane didn’t make it necessary to use the generator so I didn't unbox it. Tried to return it and the Lowes in Spring Hill Fl said they wouldn't refund my money since it had been more that 48 hours since I purchased it. Huge foul. That’s horrible customer service. Generator is still unopened and in the box.

Would RecommendThis little generator saved our bacon (literally) during hurricane Milton. 3 day power outage and this machine kept my 2 refrigerators running and multiple lamps and chargers. Even made coffee in our Keurig. It’s very easy on gas as well, used about 1/2 gallon for every 5 hours of run time.
