Difficult to start

I read others reviews first, and was somewhat apprehensive given the difficult starting concerns mentioned. I still went ahead and bought the generator, as I needed it fairly quickly. Took it out of the box, added oil etc.. it was difficult to start at first, but assumed it was just because it was new. Ran it without a load for an hour to break the engine in. Shut it off, changed oil again to ensure any metal shavings etc.. were removed. The generator would not start again. I took it bac...

Worked great on my camper

Read a ton of reviews and watched a lot of videos on smaller generators and decided on this one. Brought it home, oiled it and filled the gas tank, hooked it up to my camper and turned on all the lights and then the AC....Works great!!!

Started great, ended poor

Average person here. A good new generator should start and run fine, if it runs out of gas, filling it with gas and restarting shouldn't be an issue. The model we purchased from Lowe's did not meet these simple expectations. The sour cherry on top is that Lowe's won't take it back or even exchange it , even with the super platinum gold, nickel expensive extended warranty. Sad really. They wonder why Bezos has eaten all the box stores lunches.

The employ who help me out was super helpfull you can tell when a employee is really passionate about there job he ask what i electronics i needed to run he recommended this one the generator works great easy to carry its quiet runs the stuff i need thank u agin gary

I have only used it once so far, but it worked great.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER THE 3RD USE!

We have had this for about 90 days and have used it now the 3rd time. We only use it to occasionally on our 2 day camp trips to keep our cooler fridge running so we have never used more power than it can take. on the 3rd trip it started sputtering and shaking and then stopped all together. Worst part is I get in touch with Craftsman to file a warranty claim and they tell me to contact Generac and then Generac doesn't even have this model in their system to do anything for me. Significantly louder than equivalent Honda

Great value but not quite a Honda. Bought this to because I needed something more powerful than my Honda eu2000. Half the price but more noisy . Starts easily And is light weight for the capacity of the unit. Let's see if it survives burning man!

This generator will barely pull any fan. Poor quality.

My husband loved his new gas generator. He’s excited to have it.

Not easy to start

Returned due to hard starting issue. Took at least 4-5 pulls to start. Ran ok after starting, but I wanted my wife to be able to start it while camping.

It doesn't even come close to the power your employee said it has. And you won't take it back! I'm not happy at all. this was a huge waist of money. Basically you ripped me off. I would have spent more money on a better one.

Easy / Quiet / Small Tank / Heavy-ish

I got this 3300i generator to power my RV with a 13,500 BTU a/c unit. With no other loads, the generator immediately stalls when the a/c turns on. The a/c is on a 20 amp breaker and I can easily run it off of a 15 amp circuit connected to my house. Very disappointed. I discovered this outside the warranty period so I’m stuck with this 60 lb. paperweight.
