It is easy to adjust and the light that automatically turns on when using it is very helpful.

Perfection

Small, lightweight and works great!

It handles routing hardwood well, small and light weight makes it easier to route smaller trim boards and cabinet door edges. Another must have took for the work truck!

Great Fixed Base Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This V20 Brushless RP Fixed Base Router is compact but powerful. It is easy to use. Finishing the edges on my wood frames is easy with this router. It has 7 speeds which is great. The edge guide helps with being accurate. The LED light gives me great visibility for working on my projects. I would recommend this quality router.

My first time

I was working on a project, and all of the wood that was being used had nails in them, so I grabbed my new Craftsman Grinder and started to grind down the nails. It save me a lot of time. It was easy to assemble, easy to use, plus I felt comfortable using the grinder especially since it was the first time using a router.

Love this light weight router

Being cordless helped with many projects because I don’t have to worry about the cord. I was worried that being cordless, that it wouldn’t be able to handle projects but that hasn’t been an issue. Only complaint is about the dust shield. It doesn’t help much.

The only exception to that 'well built' part is the dust shield. It looks like it would slot into place easily but there's a strange gap so it doesn't sit flush. I feel like in the future this could cause problems. Overall, though, the tool is well worth it. I'm a fan of anything cordless as I don't typically work on big jobs.
