Best budget router on the market!

I bought this router a couple months back and have not regretted it one time since. This is by far the quietest router I have used and don’t think that means it’s weak because that is totally wrong. I have used this router on hardwood, softwoods and plywoods and it can handle it. I use Hercules router bits which are probably one of the best budget options, but are by no means the best, and it still handles it with no problem. Craftsman ¼ V20 ROUTER

While needing another 4ah battery I found online in the Lowe's app, a battery charger combo that gave a tool for FREE!! I have now used it several times to do an edging, and with a beaver bit it wirks perfect for small drywall repairs!! An EXCELLENT VALUE and a very nice quality tool set! TY Lowe's!

Great router, works quite well and is a nice compact size but there are two drawbacks that keep it from being a 5 star product. First, like everyone else said, the dust collection is so bad it might as well be considered non-existent. This isn't a major problem if doing small cuts like small round-overs on edges, but for anything taking a decent amount of wood there will be dust flying everywhere. I bought this almost a year ago but never got around to really needing to use it until now. The dust colector attachment is completely useless. It does not attach to the base on one side and is very loose on that side, allowing the wood shavings to fly out as if it wasn't even there. The depth adjustment knob only works in one direction and then only when the locking lever adjustment nut is loose enough that the depth slips when using the router. Amazing palm router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the greatest Craftsman power tools I've purchased. It has amazing power, easy to adjust, and feels great in the hand. I've seen and used a few that feel too heavy because of the battery but not this one.

Works great

Got a few weeks ago and has been working well with no problems. Its easy to adjust the height/lower bit. It fits in hands well and the light works as well.

So far the router is very good for its size, the only complaint is the dust collector does not fit correctly, would return just for this reason...

It trims with different designs that makes wood look so fancy I just love this thing. I got packed away in a special bag. It’s so nice.
