Poor customer service
The product was fine, no issue with quality and a very good price. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The fencing material was located next to the pro-checkout cashier, a short distance to the exit door. I was at the store at 6:30am and no one was at this checkout lane, the cashier informed me I could not checkout at her register and needed to go half way through the store and use another register, then come back through her exit to my car. Terrible.

They worked for what I needed them for, and I could have gone in the store to exchange them, but I wouldn't have needed to do that had they just picked good boards in the first place.
