Would Not RecommendI purchased 5 of the Pirate Ships and set up a craft hour for my grandchildren. Was a disaster. I found that the holes not drilled properly and the nails very poor quality - had to replace 4 or 5 in each kit. Suggest smooth sided nail - brass picture hanger nails worked much better than kit nail.

Tough as nails
Would Not RecommendThe nails are way too hard to hammer into the holes. Glue would be fine or maybe bigger drilled holes. Another project that Dad had to finish. I was really looking for something they could do by themselves with only supervision.

Fun Project
Would RecommendThis was a fun project for my grandson and I to make. He is 3.5 years old and had fun building his very own pirate ship. The only thing I found wrong with the kit was, one of the windows was not drilled for the nail to go through. Quick fix with a drill and we finished it in less than a half hour. Will buy more kits for him.
