Would RecommendThis was the first time I’ve installed a bathroom exhaust fan. The only difficulty was due to unlevel/unsecured housing unit and slightly undersized ceiling cut out from the contractor. Kit came with scannable instruction videos. Will purchase again when the time comes for replacement in my other bathrooms.

Would Not RecommendThe information on the package said it would be 50% quieter but when it was installed it was louder than my old fan. It also said it could be installed in 10 minutes. It took an expert handy man just under an hour to install it.

Incompatible with Broan Model 688
The replacement unit is a perfect into the sides of the housing...but the fan wheel pushes against the top of the housing preventing it from turning. This, I have to return 3 of these products. Very disappointed.
