Would RecommendEasy quick install. Stronger and much quieter than original contractor grade fan. The kit comes with a tool and different bases for the fan. It also came with a plastic scroll band to help with air flow that actually fit in the original contractor housing.

Would RecommendIt was the perfect upgrade to the dirty, noisy Broan Nutone fans originally installed when our house was built. I replaced one bathroom’s 3 years ago and the Master this month. If you have measured your box, have a Nutone or Broan ceiling mounted fan and have even cursory DIY skills, it is a 10-15 minute fix. Be sure to have cleaning brush and/or a shop vac because the dust build up will be impressive! Now both bathroom fans are quiet, neat and powerful! I heartily recommend.
