Would RecommendThe motor and fan blade are fine if you reverse the mount position. Also it doesn’t come with nuts so keep your old ones. My old fan mounted UNDER the mounting plate. The instructions show mounting the new fan ABOVE the mounting plate. That configuration doesn’t fit in my application because it makes the shaft too long and the fan blade binds against the duct housing. So I unscrewed the torx mounting bolts, mounted the fan motor UNDER the mounting plate like the original, put the torx bolts back...
