Would Not RecommendThe motor to this is fine but the fan is cheap and worthless. It is so lightweight that it does not stay on the motor. When it is on the motor, it is loud and whiny. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to upgrade to the next level.

The motor spins the blades the wrong way and is pushing air into bathroom. It is mounted correctly.

Perfect replacement part, direct fit — easy
Would RecommendI liked how this part was ready to mount and install directly into the old fan box, which eliminated the need to replace the fan box in the attic. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Only minor note is that the motor does not include the mounting screws so buyers should retain the old ones for installation into their original fan housings.
