The product was where it stated it would be on the website, and matched my 18 year old fans except the direction of the screws. I needed my drill and a special star bit to remove them. after that, it was very easy and saved me money by not having to contact a repair person! Photos below of the bit needed and the old fan showing the direction of the screws.

Easy replacement but...
Would RecommendThis was super easy and took me about 10 mins. Only issue was that the mounting screws needed to be removed and reversed for my fan. This was easily done with the correct sized hex key allen wrench.

Would RecommendThis is supposed to replace the motor and blade of the Nutone/Broan bathroom fan. I have purchased this before and never had an issue. However, this particular unit has a longer stem, which makes the blade hit the top of the box frame. I had to cut part of the ribbed stem off to make it fit.
