Great water filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this water dispenser for a couple of months and my family really likes the taste of the water now. Before we got this dispenser we were drinking bottle water almost all of the time. I would definitely recommend a Brita water filtration system/dispenser to everyone.

Perfect for water enthusiasts

Disappointed with 2nd Brita

We've had a pitcher style for several years and very satisfied with it; but recently got an Ultramax for the basement refrigerator, set it up per instructions and it leaked at the spigot. Snugged up the plastic screw and it stilled leak, noticed a vertical crack in the reservoir from the spigot area. Not sure if I cracked it from tightening, but be careful if spigot leaks and you tighten the nut. Was looking forward to the extra capacity of Ultrmax vs the pitcher.

Great product

I love this product

Water quality did not meet my expectations/needs

Unfortunately, I had to return my dispenser. Perhaps Brita make good products but I'm sorry this didn't match my needs and expectations: I live in an area with very good water quality that is not considered hard. I filled the dispenser and tasted the water. It tasted a little off compared to the bottled "purified" water that I normally buy. I thought I'd get by. When I tasted more of the water the next morning, it reeked of chlorine. My ultimate test for good quality water is to make tea or co...

More water to drink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this Ultramax a few years ago while out looking for containers. It has supplied me with much more water than the pitcher I used to own.

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this bad boy since January, and honestly it’s held up pretty well. Fits perfectly in my fridge and holds a good amount of water. I do wish it was made out of a thicker plastic cause I’m scared of it cracking, but other than that it’s great :)

Good Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a while ago, it fits in the fridge well and holds quite a bit of water. I wish the bottom was angeled so it doesn't dispense super slow once the water gets a bit lower, but you should not let it get below the filter anyway, so it's not really that big of a deal.
