Would RecommendBought it and found that it took a while for the black residue to stop from the filter before we could drink the water. We like it and use it a lot. So far no leaking issues as some have had problems. We like it!

I chose this over the Korean water systems mostly because of the cost savings. I’m so happy with it! The water goes thru the filter super fast and the spigot has superb output. My fridge filtering system became waay to slow that I began just drinking straight tap water! 😆. SO happy with my purchase!!

Product arrived broken in several places. When I went to return it at my local Lowe’s, I had the option to exchange it for another one, the clerk said there were 3 in stock. However the 3 dispensers that were in stock were ALL broken as well!! Very disappointed!! Brita should consider packing this product in something more than plastic and cardboard.
