This is a fantastic dispenser! Brita should be aware that these awful reviews on cleaning or whatever are OLD! Likemore than 10 years old. This product is wayyy updated and very easy to clean. Nothing to take apart, it’s three pieces to clean with warm soapy water and that it! No nooks and crannies, sharp corners or anything that those old reviews are suggesting. Awesome dispenser and I use the Elite long last filters with mine.

Love the convenience of the dispenser but leaks

I bought this dispenser after previously having a pitcher for the convenience of the spout and larger capacity it provided. It fits perfectly in the fridge and is easier for me to get to and refill my water often. Unfortunately after a few months of having the item I started noticing water puddles in my fridge. I thought it was just that I spilled some after filling up until it kept happening. Unfortunately there's no way to fix this. I'm disappointed and am not sure if I'll just go back to the ...

Amazing & Worth the money

Great features

Perfect for my fridge

Always have fresh water

Ultramax water dispenser leaks

After having this filter dispenser for only six weeks I noticed water in the refrigerator. I thought the shelf inside the refrigerator door was touching the dispenser when the door was closed. So, I pushed the dispenser to the back of the refrigerator. The dispenser was still leaking. Water covered the whole shelf. Also, I got this when I was living with others, and could never count on anyone to refill the pitcher when they'd drained the last of it. This made it harder for them to hog all the water. This is easy to clean, and makes it so easy to avoid contributing to waste from plastic bottles.
