Stopped working!
I have been using regular Brita filters without issue for many, many years. I am always looking to decrease the plastic I throw away, and was excited by the longer lasting filter option. However, it has stopped working after a month! Very disappointing! Tried shaking it (which I have never had to do with the original filters), with no improvement. Not a happy consumer!

Beware of incompatible filter types
These filters are advertised as fitting all models. However there are 2 types of pitchers/filters that Brita doesn't seem to mention anywhere. One type of filter has a single groove in the bottom and the other has 4 grooves. A 1-groove filter does not fit a 4-groove pitcher.

Great consistency. Has worked great for months.
I've read a crazy amount of really bad reviews about it takings literal hours to filter through, filtering way too fast or not fitting right. I suppose I either got lucky or there are plenty of good opinions that just weren't officially reviewed here. I think it's probably the latter because mine works great. Doesnt last long
Makes water taste great but only works normally for about 2 weeks then starts slowing down tremendously daily. It might be due to the tap water having lots of sediments in it, but it is still frustrating since this product isn't cheap.

Will Not Set Properly
I have used the regular filters for some time but decided to try the elite filter. I received my filters today and attempted to install. The directions suggest pushing down firmly but the filter floats out of the housing. I noticed other customer with similar problems. I have not had this problem with the regular filters. Fluoride
I bought this pitcher thinking it filters everything, I should have checked. It does not filter Fluoride, which is very bad for you. Look at the clinical trial that Harvard University has just come out about Fluoride and your brain. Very disappointed..

I hoped it would be great, it definitely was not.
I had hoped it would be great. The first few weeks the water tasted great. Then, it began to taste bad. I use the water in a stainless steel tea pot. The water leaves MUCH calcium buildup in the pitcher. I can use Zero water filters for months with no build up in my tea pot. I also dont like that the pitcher lid has an opening. I prefer it not. I keep a plastic cover over it to keep any dust, etc. out of the water. I'll be switching back to Zero water filters and pitchers.

Disappointed
I got the brita elite filter with jug a little over a month ago. Firstly, water came through the filter too quickly for it to have been thoroughly filtered. I made sure the filter was well placed and there was no leak through the sides but still the water was filtered out in less than 5 minutes. Secondly, the filter lasted only a month (not the 6 months advertised) before the jug sensor turned red.

Longlast filter
Purchased the Longlast filter since the Elite was out of stock. It doesn’t filter anything, water pours into the dispenser like there’s no filter at all. I tasted the water and could smell the chlorine. Went out and purchased the two-month filters. Much better!

DOES NOT FIT
I just received my 4 new filters and not one of them fit my old pitcher! The filter does not set and the water leaks around it. I am so disappointed! Now I have to put back the old filter and order the less effective product. I feel ripped off!

Doesn’t last a month!
I have bought (2) two packs of elite filters and the first one worked perfectly and lasted about 6 months. The second filter in that pack only lasted about a month- thought maybe it just malfunctioned or was a one off. When I opened the second two pack both filters didn’t even last a month. They only drained for about a week or so each, and now are not draining at all into my Brita.
