No Good for Dispense

Need Help
Would RecommendWe bought this pitcher about 8 months ago and the first time we had to change the Elite Filter. It refuses to reset the light back to green. We have tried everything recommended. It just flashes green and red. Love the pitcher, but don't want to buy a new pitcher. Otherwise I'd rate it 5 stars.

Elite filter is disappointing. It doesn't fit.
Would Not RecommendThe Elite filter does not fit correctly. I have an older Brita dispenser (larger than the current UltraMax) but I could change filters with no issues (I always buy several boxes of filters at a time; they used to be a darker blue colour). With the Elite model, water passes through quickly and doesn't get filtered. I bought two two-filter boxes. A waste of money.

With the Elite filter our water has NO TASTE.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from the "basic" white Brita filter to the Elite filter and there is a HUGE difference in the taste of the water. I couldn't believe it could work as fast as it does and as GOOD as it does. The water where we live tastes AWFUL to me but now there is NO TASTE!! We won't be going back to our old "basic" filter.

I have a handheld Britta and a standing larger unit and I used the same filter for both because it’s compatible started using Britta during Covid in 2020 and I haven’t stopped since and I really appreciate my tapwater to Britta filtered water. Save me so much money and convenient as well. Very tasty water.

Disappointing for the price
Supposed to work for 6 months. After 2 months,the water trickles down sooo slow it takes forever to drain. I’ve tried it a few of them and it’s the same problem. They are much more expensive than the regular ones. Went back to using the original filter. Very disappointing.

Don’t buy this product
Does not remove calcium and other tps and therefore our tea or coffee had scum on top and sides of cups. Changed to water drop which does the job right.

I bought this a week ago. In efforts to reduce the pollution of plastic bottles and garbage in the streets. If each person can pick up one plastic bottle a day what a cleaner better world we would live in. We ONLY HAVE ONE WORLD. Blue Elite filter disappointing
Changed from the older model Brita filters to the Elite model and have been disappointed. It filters fine, but the filter itself comes detached from the slot it is supposed to slide into. I never had this problem with the older white filters. The blue Elite filter seems not to stay in the slot tightly and floats loose, especially when I'm pouring water from the pitcher. Cannot find the older white filters any more. My grocery store seems to have switched to the blue Elite ones only. Not good.

Doesn't stay in place, old filter never had a problem. These "elite filters" cant possibly be any better considering they let unfilter water go through. Package doesn't say it won't work in our pitcher.

Disappointing
I don’t know what happens but after a month or less, this thing just drips so slow it won’t even go through the filter. It takes hours, and I’ve replaced it at least three times.

Doesn't work! inspect after you filter your water
I brought 2 pack replacement filter. I had it 1 months. I ran 3 gallons through it. Then filled up the pitcher. I have floaties and white particles and a few black specs in my gallon that's now cold. I'm thirsty. I threw that filter away used the 2nd one today. Same thing happened. Now I'm wondering if it ever worked or have my family and I been drinking contaminated water for the past 2 months.
