Quick and easy to use

Had to cut lots of pvc pipes in sizes ranging from 5" to 40" to make 13 rocket launchers and this cutter made this task so quick and easy that I was able to whip them out in the parking lot of Lowes.

Precision Cutter

This is a great cutter which provides clean, true, burr free and concise cuts on PVC and CPVC pipe. Making cuts on 1”and 1 1/4” pipe can be a little challenging for females and seniors since our grip is not as powerful as it used to be but we can still make our cuts but a little slower. It beats using a saw.

Nice clean, straight cuts

I had some one-inch and 1-1/4" pipe to cut. I debated doing the cuts with a miter box, but decided to go with the cutter. If I was going to do it again, I'd spend a few more bucks for one that would go up to 2 inches "just because." The guy in plumbing who was helping me said, "Don't run your finger along the blade to see if it's sharp. It is. Trust me." I guess that's where he got his nickname, "Stubby." Well, the last part is an exaggeration, but his warning wasn't.

Works great on PVC.. haven't tried it oh anything else. Easy grip, no fussing around to hold in hands.

Simple but effective

I purchased this for a small job. It sliced right through 3/4-1” Sch. 40 PVC. I would purchase again if I needed.

It cut through some really flexible per tubing that a tubing cutter could not.

Not what I expected.

Was hoping for a one hand, quick and easy tool for cutting PVC tubing. I was not impressed. Both PVC and CPVC had a tendency to splinter or break rather than cut.

Works as required with ease and sharp edges.

I’ve always used a hacksaw for cutting 1/2” pvc pipe, but after using this pipe cutter I’ll never go back to using a hacksaw. It cuts so perfect plus it cuts in half the time it would have taken with a hacksaw. I give this item a high recommendation.

sturdy tubing cutter

Bought this tool to replace a more flimsy designed one I had been using. This tool cuts very easily and cleanly through sch 40 PVC of 3/4". Have not used on larger sizes yet, but have no doubt it will cut at least 1" cleanly. The ratchet design is good to hold the tubing and finish the cut. I am very pleased with the quality and price.
