For thoes who can't decide between this Bosch or Dewalt. I purchased the Dewalt first and was not satisfied with the sound quality and reception. Returned it for the Bosch and am completely happy with my decision. This unit has Bose like sound quality. So, if you are looking for crisp clear sound quality and features.......THIS IS THE PRODUCT TO BUY!!!

Great Sound

This is just what I had been looking for. Needed a radio that I could use while working in the yard. Plug this in on my back patio and can hear anywhere I'm working around the house. Also enjoy the USB input where I am able to plug in a flash drive and listen to my own music. Still a little behind the times as I do not have a smart phone but do like the feature that provides the capability.

Works great, makes the days go a lot faster.

Had this radio now for over a year and us it almost daily. Ive had it out in the pouring rain and in the middle of the winter without it skipping a beat. Gotten a lot of complements on the jobsite saying on how well it sounds and how far you can here it without it sounding distorted. Only complaint is that its difficult changing to a different input, but thats the least of my worry...

Great Stereo

I've have been a fan of this job sites radio since the day the rep threw the original Jobsite Stereo down the stairs at my shop and the CD didn't even skip. The new Jobsite Stereo sounds even better with more bass. I like the onboard battery charging option, I only wish it was comparable with the little 12V batteries as well. This tool is always around both at work and at play.

Practially bulletproof and does it all

After seeing a demonstration where the radio was thrown around a store and kept playing I had to have one knowing it could take abuse. You can play MP3's multiple ways and if I can't find anything on the radio I plug my phone into it. The outlets on the side are nice when you need to plug other things in. The ability to charge Bosch slide batteries is nice and so is the ability to power the radio with them. The only draw back is that the on board charger doesn't seem as fast as the regular char...

This thing Rocks!

The Power Box is awesome. Sounds great from any direction. Lets me charge my 18 volt battery and cell phone at the same time while listening to my downloaded music on my phone wow! Great job site/fun site entertainment.

Great Unit!

Awesome sound! So many features yet simple to use! Wish I could charge my iphone as well as play music at the same time... Other then that its amazing!

Bosch "Powerless" Radio

very disappointed in this product from Bosch:( I bought this as a workbench radio thinking it was too good to be true. It was...:( The radio quality and volume does not even come close to what they flaunt. The side storage only accepts something as small as an iPod. The combination of my charger at bottom and audio top on my Android was just too much for door to close. It is basically a rugged extension strip with a radio in it:( I returned this item the next day:(

This product is invincible.

This will be my 5th summer of using the power box non-stop. I use it at my beach house on the deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It has never been turned off in the last 5 years, all of which can be verified. I just turn it down a bit at night. I have at time large parties and it provides the music. It has simply amazed me and everyone who learns the story. 5 years without being turned off and still playing loud and clear. I have been told to share this story with Bosch. Now I have. best gift ever

Got this for my husband for Father's Day . He loved it , like a kid in candy store, had to use it right away. plus we got an extra battery. The radio is so durable and the music sounds great. Also there was a rebate from the store and we got 2 more batteries . What a great buy!! Now he want a new drill and saw.

Jobsite beast, ROCK-ON!

This radio has transformed my shop and given new life to my old iphone. I see why the trades love this system. The radio gets really good reception. I live in the mountains along the Pac Northwest and the standard antenna hauls in the weak signals as well as my radio that is designed for such task. Rockin' Radio

Charger, Outlets, radio, MP3/iPod player and charger, great sound, sturdy, who could ask for anything more? I guess I could. This radio is awesome! The sound is great and can be heard anywhere on the jobsite. The extra power receptacles (4 of em!) are so handy. I love being able to listen to the radio in the morning to catch up on current events and then after lunch plugging in the mp3 player and letting it shuffle to make the day go by faster. Good Radio but

I love that i can charge my large batteries in it but I mostly use the small 12v batteries and it won't charge those. the radio signal is pretty good but on mine the antennae doesn't stay put unless i lean it against the cage. my biggest issue with it is that although i like the i can charge my Iphone with the usb connection, I can't control or listen to pandora or the Ipod with it. Great sound at work

Awesome work boom box. I plug in my mp3 player and listen all day. lots of options. 12v, outlets, usb, you name it. I wish it charged more than one type of battery inside the compartment. A pain to pull out all my different chargers everyday.

MP3's

Great RADIO! Super sound! The only thing that bugs me is with the MP3's SD or USB, do not see track names only numbers like 102345. Maybe i did not catch how to see track names, for sure it is not in the owners manuel! THXS!!!!

Great Speakers

Great radio. The only bad is that my 32g Ipod touch doesn't work with the radio. Had to go out and buy a usb card......
