Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The EZ Lock works excellent and the ease in which it attaches to the Dremel tool is very efficient. I really like the durability to the product and the precision that it is made of. I would recommend this attachment.

So much better than the previous method

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great improvement over the former method of attachment. I find it much more secure and much less fragile than the old method. If i were to make a suggestion, it's sometimes a bit hard to depress the spring while keeping the axis vertical and then orienting the attachment. Wish there were some sort of base that one could secure the rod to facilitate it's use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. Makes it quicker to change bits. When one cutting disk wears down, just snap another one on without having to mess with unscrewing a holding as screw. I did have a couple disks break at the connection point, though. Overall, it does make it easier and faster.

Fantastic buy and Time Saver!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mandrel. It makes it so easy to change different items out. I use the cutting wheels a lot cutting up silverware and it is wonderful to be able to change them without having to undo the other mandrels with the screws. Not to mention the cutting disks work better and are less likely to strip out.

It's a solid, time saving addition

Sometimes the collar can be challenging to slide down, but that is certainly for safety's sake. I appreciate the thought and care that went into creating this product.

It's always nice to have two of the EZ Locks now!!

Quick and secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great! I've been using Dremel rotary tools for a long time with my art projects. The EZ Lock head makes changing discs quick and easy—especially handy when you need to switch between different grit sanding discs. The mandrel has proven itself to be safe and secure even when cutting and sanding metal!

EZ402 EZ Lock™ Mandrel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was well built and made changing disc extremely easy. I have used it with sanding discs as well as with cutting wheels. Although the package was labeled to contain 60, 120, and 240 grit, it actually contained 60 120, and 240 grit.

Cutting, Drilling & Polishing!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with how this product works! Took alittle getting used to, not having to use a wrench to loosen and at attach accessories. From trimming wood, to deburring and polishing metal, I would definitely would recommend this item!

EZ Lock Mandrel EZ402

I tried it on leather , oak and stabilized pecan. The disc never got lose and the disc didn’t come off. The mandrel is a very good product. The amazing ez lock mandrel technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never could have dreamed of such ease of use on a mandrel, up until now i had to fuss with lining up the disc insterting a screw not to mention find a screwdriver small enough to fit the screw. The struggle is no longer, no tools needed to attach discs, this is groundbreaking!

A dream to use

Highly Recommended For Those That Do Alot Crafting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this for those that do alot of crafting. Its alot better than having to unscrew the top of the regular Mandrel to switch out the disc's. I look forward to seeing what other EZ Lock accessories that are made.

Better than the screw on adapter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a lot easier to switch out different disks compared to the ones you need to bolt on to the adapter. The sanding disks stayed on and in place even with my man handling of the Dremel. I won't be a daily user of this adapter but I still be leave it is well worth the it for the hassle free swapping of disk and not freaking out Everytime I drop the screw in the garage.

I will be ordering a few more of these for backups in the near future, because this is a piece I don't want to be without when using my Dremel.

Using EZ402 EZ Lock Mandrel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the EZ402 Mandrel with the EZ414SA sanding disc assortment. This provides for larger discs - 1 1/4 inches. I was pleased by the elimination of the center mandrel screw, almost always a problem. Total payoff: no center screw, quicker change of grit.

Makes for quick and easy accessory changes

It seemed to hold the sanding discs down very securely. Just make sure that you follow the instructions that came with your Dremel and check proper seating of the accessory by holding down the shaft lock button and twisting the accessory while you do so, making sure that the accessory does not rotate on the mandrel. I have carpel tunnel so getting a screw tight enough or loosened is sometimes difficult for me. But this made it so easy to finish my projects and switch sanding disc, and my cut off wheels. And also without having to loosen my bit everytime. It is so simple and quick now. You won't regret it if you get one.

Great Product!
