Works Great in medium to low light conditions

This is a wonderful tool that allows you to get quick and accurate indoor measurements. This tool has many features that can interact with your computer/cellphone to compile dimensions (distances, areas, room dimensions, triangulation's, etc.). Great and Accurate Tool

The tool is very accurate and works well. The only issue I ran into is that it does eat through the battery life pretty quickly. Not a problem though if you use a lot or rechargeable. I was able to accurately measure all of the windows in the house and several other items. Overall I will give it a 5 start because it does what it says it is going to and does it well.

Great Little Laser Measuring Device

I caught this on a good sale and could not pass it up. It has performed well and I have used it on several indoor and outdoor projects so far. It is small and compact and fits in the hardcase with my Bosch Laser transit.

This device is pretty accurate and very easy to use once you follow the added instruction booklet.

Dear Bosch are your engineers out of their minds? Who the heck is using 32 of inch in construction work? or even better ... 64th seen in other Bosch models. People want to use laser in the air and then cut materials using regular tape measure so how do you think will they find 32 or 64 of inch on it? Update a software so people can select 4th, 8th, 16th of inch depending on their trade need.

I use this for heavy highway and bridgework, its very accurate.

Great device

This this is awsome! Thus thing makes it a dream to measure long distances. Useing the app you can get square footage quick and easy. The only thing I would add is a feature to adjust the precision, sometimes I dont care about 5/32nd, I need it rounded to the nearest 1/4 or 1/2. Having a measuring device with a build in level is super handy also!

Best LDM for the money

Very good and accurate measuring laser. It is very full featured and being able to set the units of measurements is one of the features I like. It is especially easy to navigate and is very quick and accurate in measuring.

Did not work for me

We bought this to measure distance from the curb to the roof of houses in town. It did not work at all for this application. Works fine indoors.

Learn to use it with a smartphone

The device is a high functioning tapemeasure until you get it to work with your smartphone. They give you some idea in the tutorials, but plan to spend (not waste) and evening with it. There is a whole lot that I did not find in the tutorials. If there is in depth documentation available, I did not find it and I did search.

Great tool!!

I am a home builder and this measure has greatly improved my efficiency. love it!! I have three now. First one had the smaller display, this one is very easy to read in any light. I have two of this model because I had to send in mine to repair the menu button that fell off. I can’t be without one. If Bosch reads this for my feedback I would like to have the option to toggle between 16 and 32 accuracy. Many times I am reducing to the 16th. I would also like to have the case more user friend...
