Just OK

The dishwasher is hit or miss when it comes to cleaning dishes. Sometimes there is a film in all of the glassware even with rinse aid. The front panel cracked in two places and needs replaced.

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet that sometimes I have to double check if I turned it on. Good product overall. Only one issue that the water propeller for the bottom rack keeps falling but it's a easy fix.

Draining, stopped cycles, soap dispensing problem

Very disappointed in this SHS5AVF5UC/01 unit. Purchased in 2017 and first problems started in the 12th month. Won't drain every time, almost always residual water in the bottom. Soap commonly fails to dispense, cycles stop after a couple of minutes, sometimes only seconds. These problems are intermittent, but increasingly common. The unit has had relatively light, non-abusive duty. Regularly cleared and cleaned. All owner manual (useless!*&!) maintenance operations performed. Hesitant to just th...

A Dud

The control panel has died twice within 18 months. I've never had an appliance as unreliable as this.

Super Quiet

I bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago. It was to replace a dishwasher that came with the house and it was over 11 years old. I figured that it was about at the end of its life cycle and when I got a super deal on this dishwasher, I went for it. I'm really glad that I did. It has been amazing. It's so quiet that if it didn't have a light that it shines on to the floor, I would have a hard time realizing it was running.

Top Shelf product, Great price

Ever since our purchase we've been super impressed with its quality. Really whisper quiet, our 15 year old glass tumblers and other dishes that we favor have been like new looking since we switched to Bosch. Could not be happier. It's like the Bosch is a dish, pot, pan restorer as they look like new every time we Bosch them. It's a microphone drop for sure. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Very quiet dishwasher

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher because our GE dishwasher quit after 3 years of service. I must say this is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. The sound level in the spec information said it was 46 dBA. I believe it. If it were not for the red light at the bottom of the door, you would not know it was on. Quiet, dishes clean, leaves them a little wet

Super quiet machine ... dishes are spotless, but they are left wet when cycle is complete. Will try the extra dry option and see if that helps.

So impressed

This was our first purchase of a Bosch Product. We have had kenmore or Maytag before. I had done a lot of research on dishwashers on consumer reports. Lowes has the best price for the make and model we wanted. AND the fastest (free! We bought during Labor Day sales). Other stores carried same dishwasher but wouldn’t be in stock/deliverable until almost a month out. We are so impressed, even the delivery team was polite and knowledgeable about warranty information. Thanks lowes.

Gets the job done

This dishwasher is great. We've had it for a month and the dishes are all very clean. It is really quiet but not so quiet that I have to guess if it working. Installation was a little different than my previous experiences but I got the job done. Great dishwasher for the price we paid.

Great machine

I love this machine. I have only had it for two weeks but it has been amazing thus far. I love the sanitation part of the machine. It was definitely what i expected. I love the res light function telling me it is running.

Still not working after 5 months

I cannot recommend this dishwasher. I bought the washer and had it professionally installed through Lowes. From the start, it did not work right. The installation technician installed the dishwasher and checked everything before leaving. Unfortunately, he did not realize that the blinking light at the bottom of the door was a fault indicator. Satisfied buyer

It was a hair taller than the existing one but a little saws all action an it was in. Super quiet well worth the sale price.

Great value Energy Star compliant dishwasher

Replacement dishwasher for 30+ YO machine. Really like the running indicator light since the controls are hidden on the top edge of machine.

Quiet and works well

I haven't had this for too long but so far so good. It's quiet and cleans well. Not hard to install, but take note that the hot water connection is in the front.
