Buyer Beware

We first got one of these durring a kitchen remodel in 2019, by 2020 the unit's display was dimming and the wave guard was failing and they replaced the entire unit under warranty. Then on the replacement unit the wave guard failed in 2023 and the screen was dimming, and now I have just had to replace the fuse inside it twice and the door switches. This is a poorly designed product with low quality parts that will fail and I would highly recomend not buying one.

Quiet Beeps and Noisy

We bought this to replace an ~15 year old Bosch Wall Oven combo when the microwave crapped out. Our intention of sticking with a Bosch unit was to get a very similar size combo oven to avoid any cabinet rework. Although the spec information for the new oven showed it would be the same size, it actually turned out to be 2 inches shorter, so we now have a gap at the bottom ...

Great Microwave and Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though the original installer sent by our appliance store had not idea how to install these properly and installed them wrong, one it was installed correclty, both th emicorwave and the oven have been great. Very veratile. Great temperature control in the oven. Nice control panels. Excellent featues.

Good quality Bosch

Love the product. but getting purchased and installed was a chore. The sales person, Bryan Sanders, was great. Getting through Lowe's phone system is a challenge was a chore. It probably caused a delay that was not necessary. Fortunately, it was worth the wait. Nice, streamlined microwave that is easy to use. Getting a built-in one contributed to the delays, but it looks very nice in the wall.

Extremely Happy

Impressive Experience

I was rather nervous and lost sleep for a few nights. The unit was delivered and installed the day before thanksgiving and it is beautiful. The day of Thanksgiving I roasted my turkey and as that was sitting I was able to bake 2 9x13 pans, 1 9x9 pan, 1 sheet pan of roasted potatos with room to spare. Good but overpriced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is part of an over/under stove combo. It looks great and works well. We recently had to replace the original microwave (5 years old) and wanted to keep the look. I thought 5 years wasn't a very impressive lifespan for a microwave. Also, as the middle of the road version (500 series), it was about 10x more expensive than a comparable countertop microwave.

Beautiful and Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every function of this beautifully crafted microwave oven is exceptional. The "sensor reheat" works like a charm. The "melt butter" works perfectly but in small amounts at a time; I have to run it a couple of times for larger portions. The quiet door is beautiful and QUIET. The only thing I have not figured out is how to keep the time displayed. Not sure if it is an energy saver option or not.

Do Not Buy - Already Failing

We are long-time Bosch kitchen brand users and have had only positve expereince - up until now. After only 1 year of household use, was already dangerously shorting out/arcing. Have replaced the WaveGuide Cover 3 times. Now, only 2 years later and out of warrantee, forced to replace the magnetron. Too bad it is tied to the awesome oven, below.

BOSCH Microwave & Oven

Most of all, I LOVE that my 3 year old can stand behind the oven and watch the cookies bake without burning her hand. Great oven, great microwave, great amount of space and it fitted beautifully in the space we had without us having to make any adjustments with a carpenter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the operation, appearance, and functionality of my new BOSCH Built-In Microwave. The only thing that was disappointing was the built in energy efficient clock. The clock turns off after a couple of minutes. I wish there was a way to have my clock on at all times as that is the clock I used to use the most with my other microwave. Eye level for me! Other than that, it has proven to be a good microwave so far.

Good; not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave suffers from what many other fail to do ... backlit buttons. Are the Bosch folks never up after sunset ? Otherwise it's fine. Too many buttons/features I'll never use. Overpriced Buttons not suitable for diabetics. I guess I won't win the prize??

The clock only stays on when using. I can't find anything in settings to get it to stay on all the time.
