Would RecommendI finally got a chance to use the new router. I already had one on the router table and wanted a second one so I could leave it there. Both work good. I waited till I used the new one to review. I couldn’t find the wrenches but I don’t know if I put them up or they weren’t there. Runs smooth and feels good while using. A quality router.

Would RecommendI have been using a Craftsman router for years. After a lot of googling and reading reviews I bought the Bosch 1617EVSPK. I've only done a few projects, but it has been worth every penny. Sets up so much faster, more powerful, so much better all around. I love it.

Would RecommendGenerally, the unit performs as advertised. The instructions are very good. Some improvement suggestions: 1. Provide an arbor lock button to eliminate the need for a collet wrench to hold the arbor when changing bits; 2. Provide the dust collection attachments with the unit instead of as optional purchases; 3. Provide space in the storage box for the dust collection attachments.

Would RecommendThis is my first router purchase, and I am more than happy with it. Plenty of power, but the slow start feature and the terrific design make it comfortable and easy to use. Nice to have a hard case and a long cord.
