What Customers Are Saying
The tile cutter performs well for cutting smaller, thinner ceramic tiles, allowing for clean, straight cuts. Many users found it easy to use, especially for beginners. However, it struggles with larger, thicker porcelain tiles, often cracking or breaking the tiles, especially when making longer cuts. The scoring blade also wears down quickly on porcelain. Overall, the tile cutter is best suited for smaller ceramic tiles, but not recommended for larger or thicker porcelain tiles.

Would RecommendA must have if doing your own install. You can cut angles, or laser strait pieces. Quick and easy to use. Great time saver. I have scoring tools, wet saws, you name it and I go for this first because of how easy things go through.
Easy and clean cuts
Would RecommendVery easy to use and ends up with straight cuts. A lot easier and cleaner than the wet saw. Make sure you pass the scoring blade a few times before cutting off. For plank sized tiles, I had a hard time cutting on the long side and used wet saw for that instead, but the short side of the tiles were cut perfectly. It made my project go much faster.
weak!
Would Not RecommendCracked 3 tiles when trying to snap. They were 13” hexagonal tiles. Nothing fancy. Just porcelain. Spend the money on the ones that have a solid steel bar. Not these round hollow poles that bend. This probably works okay for glass
This Job Was Really a "Snap"
This was first my go around in tile installation. This cutter was great. After a quick You Tube video, there was no stopping me. You can do this.

worked fine until handle bent
I used this to cut subway tile and it worked well. On my second project involving floor tile the handle bent and could no longer snap the tiles
Honest review
Would RecommendHonestly did know how this would preform when I purchased it. I thought that perhaps it would do a halfway decent job and be a little frustrating at best. But after working with it for three days it performed as well as I could have ever wanted. It cut every tile and snapped exactly as I measured. You need to make sure that you score the line thoroughly and make sure you have the breaker are positioned near the front of the sliding shaft in order to break consistently and reduce flexing. Easy to use
Would RecommendThis worked perfectly for the small job we had. The cuts on our 20 x 20 tile were perfect. Totally worth the money.
Not bad for the price
Would RecommendThe cutter works reasonably well for someone who uses it only occasionally. The price was OK but I think they could have added a spare cutting wheel to make it a better value.
Does what it say it will do
Would RecommendI am pleased with this purchase. It does exactly what I expected it to do. I experimented with practice cuts until I got my process down pat. The good: Smooth cuts with consistency. Easy to use and store. The bad: Instruction says use one pass and then cut; wrong. One pass will break your tile at the weakest point, hence a star deduction. You have to make several passes with the scoring blade and then attempt to break the tile. Overall, I recommend this product.
The piece that snaps the cut tile continually gets in the way. Doesn’t cut the top row of tile very well.
