Unflat Pan

The heavy pan (griddle) is uneven and bounce arround on the grill body. Need to use some washers to level it out. So far its works great just hope it builds a little better for the full price I paid.

Nice cook space

AWESOME!

Always wanted a Blackstone Grill. It's the perfect addition to our Back Deck. I'm a retired Chef and this Grill does it all! Durable and Beautiful. Built to last, probably the best flat top Grill money can buy! I highly recommend it for anyone who loves cooking for family and friends, easy to clean, and fits perfectly just about anywhere, easy to move on the 4 rolling casters.

Ordered online and never received a confirmation email, but pick-up in store was flawless. From finding the order to them loading it in my car, the whole thing took 5 minutes and everyone was friendly and helpful. The product is excellent. Super quality, we’ve been using non-stop since we got it. Easy clean, functions perfect.

Just put together

For the most part everything went together pretty smoothly. There should be additional rubber bumpers on the legs where the shelves hit when they are in the down position so it isn’t metal on metal. The hood does not remove and go back on very easily, a real pain point. Can’t wait to put it to use!!

Avoid the assembly service

This product is great! I would avoid the assembly service. I had mine assembled by Lowe's and when I pucked it up there was alot of damage to the unit. A bent lower shelf, alot of scratches and dings all over the hood and other places on the grill. I asked management about it and they told me the person who assembled the item does this often where he damages things for no reason. All they offered me was a 10% or a replacement. I took the discount due to I needed the grill for an upcoming holiday...

I would recommend this to friends and families that cook any meals or Mexican discadas .

Poor assembly & burner wont ignite

The hood is crooked & dented. It won’t close all the way. One of the burners wont ignite.
