The griddle works great! Found it in a lost and found after sitting outside for years… all rusted but still fires up and works great!

Love the grill! Hated the assembly

We love the grill-works great. The assembly was a pain!! The store would have assembled it for us but we couldn't haul it home. We tried to assemble it per the directions but couldn't do it. We finally had a friend who put it together by not using the directions in less than 1 hour!!If possible have it assembled for you and save hours of frustration!!

Individual heat settings!! Its totally worth it

Extremely Disappointed– Missing Parts & No Support

I purchased a 36” Blackstone Griddle from Lowe’s and discovered that two essential brackets were missing from the box. I contacted Blackstone customer service expecting a quick resolution, but instead, I’ve been stuck in an endless back-and-forth for nearly two months with no results. To make matters worse, I was told that this particular model is made exclusively for Lowe’s, and Blackstone doesn’t carry or provide replacement parts for these Lowe’s-specific units. Disappointment

Screws that strip out, bad instructions and holes that don't line up. Better have a drill, hammer, tap and die set to assemble and a compressor and wire brush to get the Styrofoam packing out of and off of everything, unless you like melted Styrofoam flavor. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it works

Major fan!

This 36” flattop makes cooking fun and easy to feed many mouths, or even for a party of two. So versatile - great for tacos, burgers, stir fry’s, fried rice, steaks, pancakes, bacon, chow mein, you name it. Cleaning is also a breeze and I don’t have to smell up the house? Sold. I would definitely recommend this griddle to anyone who loves to cook.

Amazing grill

I can’t get my husband away from this grill! It has been amazing for every meal of the day and has been so fun to experiment on!

Don't have Lowes items shipped to your home.

Delivery date and time was changed several times causing us to cancel or reschedule other events. Some parts of the unit were incorrectly assembled and had to be fixed. Missing small rubber stop for the hood. Several scratches on unit due to poor assembly process.
