Would RecommendI barbeque once a week with my 36" Blackstone Griddle. 40 hamburgers and 50 hot dogs. It would work great on calm days however when there is a little breeze it seemed to take a little longer and the griddle would not get as hot. I heard about the wind guards from a friend and decided to purchase them. We had the Santana winds the weekend I got the guards and the wind guards saved the day or it would have taken a long time to cook everything. Keeping The Food To Temp
I already have noticed a difference in warming up time with our Blackstone 36" Griddle. I live in the High Desert in San Bernardino County. The wind up here is just as bad as a hurricane, the wind guards help and they are fantastic thank you Blackstone.

Wind guards, great but odd fitting
Would RecommendLove the concept, but the guards are straight across while the griddle edges are slanted downwards so they don’t lay flat and it’s odd fitting because they rock back-and-forth. And because the longer guards cover the grease trap they seem like they’re placed wrong by having the short ones in back. The longer guards seem even more strange being on the slanted edges. It’s just weird. Great, but weird.
