This is a fantastic for heating up enough water for everyone instead of just enough for myself. Everybody likes morning beverages. Just remember everything is going to be hot!

Amazing product!

I am extremely impressed by how awesome and efficient this product is. The bundle is the best since you get the stove and water tank however I do wish it came with the coffee press. I ended up purchasing that separately and all together the kit is awesome! I cooked for 8 people on it in our last camping trip, and made coffee the next morning in less time than the propane percolator

Campstove 2 Bundle

This bundle is amazing !! We took it camping and backpacking. It is so easy to use, heats water quickly and the light attachment is so bright with adjustable settings. I love that you can burn any sticks, twigs, leaves etc. We also brought one bag of the pellets for rainy days. Once you get the fire started you can still burn just about anything. The battery charges ok, it's usefull in a pinch. The battery stays charged fully even with the fan constantly running. We used it for a 5 day trip exc...

Best thing since sliced bread. Portable, easy, fun. And if you bust this out during a get together at the beach then you’re instantly famous for the day. Everyone loves this BioLite!!

Will work in a crisis

I tried to see if the biotite phone charger actually worked while making some hot dogs for the kids. We gathered twigs from the yard and made hotdogs...and charged the phone! So cool. The fire requires a lot of attention because it is small, but it would definitely be worth it in a crisis situation.

cleaning could be easier

My only thing is that I wish it where easier to clean. Yes its a quick wipe down but it would be nice if I could pop it in a dish washer after using it for a week befor storing it away.

Clever design, quick boil

Takes a few lights to get the hang of starting it and knowing exactly how much fuel you need to cook what you’re cooking. It’s great when you want to sticks to fuel your cooking and when you’re only out with rocks, bringing the pellets as an option. I feel very connected to the land when I’m cooking in this method as compared to propane or charcoal. My only thing is it doesn’t charge up as quickly as I would have expected so bring a back up charger when traveling

Good for liquids, less so for solids like meats

Great concept and build quality for heating liquids pretty quickly using available sticks, cones, etc. Wish it would dissipate heat more evenly when using grill attachment. I'd still buy it again despite this.

Small but packs a punch

The Campstove 2 is clearly a well designed product, the ability to charge devices by fire is a great feature Everything packs down well and the construction feels sturdy The product is relatively intuitive to use and provides excellent efficiency when burning wood. Downside would he having to get small enough pieces to fit into the biolite , but with a good axe that problem is easily solved Would highly recommend to any outdoor enthusiasts looking for an alternative to cooking with propane !...

Overpriced Fun

This is a fun litte conversation piece. It burns pretty good. My grill grate came shoddily welded/ground. It was also warped (the packaging was great so probably not from shipping). I mostly got it bent back. My wife kinda scoffed at the price (which is a little much), but she has enjoyed it a good deal.

So easy and effective!!

I took the water heater camping and It was so easy to grab kindling and whip up a fire to make tea in the mornings! I haven’t used the stove yet but I know It will be just as easy and fun!!

Love this camp stove, it always brings a smile to my face when I take it out to use it. It has everything you need all in one bundle, and if you aren't looking for an ultralight kit, then this is a great option.
