Bought the product at Lowes. Connected the hose and the bottle was gone within 1 or 2 minutes. Didn't even covered 200 sq ft. Some other costumers had similar negative experience. BioAdvanced offered me a refund but now I have to go back to the store and get something else to do the job.

Dispense rate is way too fast.

I just applied it so at this point I can only assume the product will work well. My concern is that the dispense rate is way to fast to be usable. The instructions do say it will empty the bottle in 5-6 minutes but this is much faster than any other ready to spray product I have used. The general assumption that you need to at least lightly wet the area being sprayed must be incorrect. In general I walk fast, but one bottle emptied in less than 2500 sq ft. Fungus Spray

Very easy to spread and worked on the fungus in my yard

Bad Coverage

Each bottle is supposed to cover 5000 sq feet. If you wet the area with fungus issues you had better be running with the sprayer. I bought 4 and didn't get half that amount of coverage. It looks like the sprayer is set to deliver more than the advertised amount even though the water rate is appropriate. As far as efficacy, I can't tell that it is better or as good as the mixes for tank spraying but it is more expensive than going the concentrate method.

Useless

When I couldn't turn the valve off I had to kink the hose and shut off the water. When Tried to shut the valve off after shutting the water off the valve came apart. I purchased another bottle and tried again using a shutoff adapter on the hose. Sprayed as directed twice and got no results at all. I have used BioAdvanced products before with good results. This stuff is useless!!!

Kills fungus, no kills the grass

I don’t know if it killed the fungus. I do know that where I applied the product that it killed the grass. When temperatures go down I now have roughly two pallets of grass to till and put down sod. Grass is St Augustine.

I purchased this to get rid of brown patch fungus in my yard. This summer has been unusually dry which didn’t help the issue. I applied one bottle to the affected areas of my yard and after a month of watering and some really good rain last week, I see huge improvement. Doesn't work in fact 2 weeks after I had mushrooms

I bought this 2 weeks ago and saw no results and today while mowing lawn I see a mushroom growing in the middle of my lawn!

Killed The Grass Entirely

I sprayed this product (as instructed) on parts of my lawn in the spring time because I had spots of fungus and heat stress from last year. This ended up killing everything where I sprayed it. It is now mid July and I still can’t get the grass to grow back. I’ve tried dethatching, over seeding multiple times, tons of fresh top soil, Revive, fertilizer, soil tests, and breaking up the soil with a garden “weasel” and the grass just doesn’t grow back. Extremely disappointed.

Products that Fail to Work

Don’t waste your money buying Scotts Disease Ex and BioAdvanced fungus control because they do not work, period. When you have a string of days over 80 degrees with 70% humidity you need professional fungus control. No commercial landscaper uses Scotts and BioAdvance products. They do not have sufficient ingredients to eliminate lawn fungus. Plus they do not cover the promised square footage stated on the labels. These products cost about $2 per 10lb bag to make. DO NOT BUY THIS !!!!

I can't believe how this company scams people. SHAME!!! Within a minute the whole bottle was empty! I didn't even water everything I needed! $22 for this sh.. !!! NEVER EVER BUY THIS !!! I will post on FB, Instagram etc about this scams!!!

Move quickly

One thing to keep in mind when using this product is be prepared to move quickly once you turn on. It will empty out in about 3 minutes if your water pressure is high. I didn’t get close to 5000 feet.
