Used but not worked yet.

It’s easy to use but have not shown or worked on fungus yet. I still see the fungus in the lawn and yet to see the results

Apply every 14 days for active fungus problem

Bottle empty quickly. Be sure to prep area and hose prior to application.

Doesn't dispense.

I sprayed 6,000 ft in the bottle was Fuller than where I started and over pressured. I had good water pressure and walked at my normal rate.

Disappointed

What a waste of money! This product does not work.

Easy to use

I put down the granules first of June. The grass was the nicest in the neighborhood! Many compliments! Then first of July, started seeing red/brown spots, so I just put down the spray yesterday. Hope to see a difference soon. I would recommend this product. However, I have a question. Should I mulch or catch the grass after putting down?

Bought one bottle and only 60% sprayed took back and replacement did the same. I believe new sprayer is a problem and need to change back

Not worth it.

Bought this and put it down. I used the spray method as they outlined. 2-3 weeks later, lawn looks no better than it did. Probably hasn't helped that it has rained every day for 2 weeks. But even if it worked, who wants to keep dragging the hose out and spaying once a month. I'm already paying a lawn service for weed control.

Not worth the money!

Applied it twice and the fungus is still growing strong after 3 weeks!

Did not improve red thread

Bought this the end of April and used the same day on our front yard. Here we are a month later with no improvement even after reapplying.

Not Sure what happened

I was late putting down st Augustine sod it went down in May/ June. I live in FL, zone 9b. I used the spray fungus control for Brown patch. I applied in morning,8 am The temperature at the time was 80. by noon it had raised to 89 and topped off at at 95 by 3. The second day I had several blades of grass a bright yellow color. now a few more days the brown patch is twice the size and the blades inter mixed in the area are a bright yellow. Not sure what I may have done. Some of the yellow blade...

Don't Buy and Waste your Money.

I bought Bio Advanced Fungus Control to treat my St Augustine lawn. It is about 2000 SQFT. The bag should cover the area twice. I applied this two times with a gap of 1 week and there is no use of it. Still the grass is dying and making big patches. I also bought 1 bag of Bio Advanced Insect Grain and applied after that still nouse, my lawn looks even more worse after 3 weeks..

Poor dispenser

I used this product years ago but in a different bottle that had a great flow and fan shape. This new one looks like fog horn and splits the spray into 3 different streams--none of them wide or in the same direction, so that you can barely cover and area effectively or with any confidence. I had to keep twisting the bottle to get any coverage which only wasted more product. And to add injury, most of the liquid refused to come out, no matter what angle I was holding it in. No numerical markings: Make it make sense

I am still in the process of trying this product but a concern upfront is the bottle has no numerical markings for the volume. I'm aware it's 32 ounces and the application rate is 32 ounces/5000 sq ft but it would be nice to have markings on the side if one didn't want to apply the entire bottle.

Bad design

Bottles never empty during use. Always have to move product in my own hose end sprayer.

Brown Spot NO MORE!

I use this stuff on an annual basis for my beautiful Bermuda Lawn. We have been having VERY HOT & humid springs. For me, it's the Brown Spot. I use the hose-end sprayer and let me tell you, it works very well. Also, do not throw the bottles away. I reuse them for nutrient sprayings! I get two bottles and it's more than sufficient to over all the areas I find. Unless you have 5,000 of all fungus, you have more problems than being a complainer
