Great Preventive!
I've been applying this fungus guard once a month, since May 1st. My grass has never looked better. In past years, I only applied AFTER my grass started showing signs of fungus. It happened every year, but not this year! It's expensive, but it's worth it. For the 1st time, I also used Scotts Green Max Lawn Food. Applied it twice, staring in spring, & OMG! My lawn is filling in all the bare spots & is so thick!

Would Not RecommendAt the rate that this product dispenses it DOES NOT cover 5000 sf. I did not linger in any areas when I was applying - as a matter of fact I thought i might be going too fast. 1 bottle of this product covers about 2000 - 2500 sf. Fortunately I bought 2 bottles (I was planning on applying an additional treatment in about a month). Awesome Product
Would RecommendIm adding two photos to this review. The one with all the dead and dormant grass is from June 22. The second one with an almsot full recovery is from July 2. I sprayed the product and let it settle. Over this time period we did get between 5-6 inches of rain which helps. Still very happy with the results

Works poorly
Would Not RecommendHad a small area on the side of my house that is always wet and is taking on serious moss. Used my first bottle with limited results. Part of the area turned brown, but it did not die off completely. Bought another $18 bottle thinking maybe I did not have enough, even though it was a 10sq ft area. Same results. Some areas turned brown, but did not kill most of it, maybe none of it. Brown areas are turning green agains.
