So easy to apply.

Finally a product that puts me in control of moss.

Not impressed

I have a large area around my pool that is set up with pavers with moss growing over much of it and I bought two bottles of this product and applied it generously across the pavers and it only killed about 10% of the moss. I would not buy this product again.

Majority of moss not killed with this product

I saturated the moss area's , and its still there.

It didn't kill anything

I sprayed this on some algae in my driveway. It looked like it dried up and I thought it was dead. The first time it rained, it was right back to normal. So, this product did absolutely nothing to kill the algae.

Hard to keep moss from growing

This is my second bottle of BioAdvanced Moss Control. While it doesn't kill the moss as it says it will (maybe due to the high humidity and constant rain in North Carolina), it does keep it somewhat under control.

Roof moss removed

Works well on driveways and tile roofs...but you need rain to wash it away...or you wash it away yourself..in Ca. You don’t get much rain so be ready to do some extra work yourself.

Lousy produce

Did not kill the moss at all!! Applied liberally too. Used baking soda eventually that worked great to kill moss on patio.

Ineffective at best.

I applied this to my roof in October -- it was cool, but not cold. I used a whole bottle on less than half of the roof to be sure it was concentrated enough. Not only did the moss not brown and die, it seemed to actually get greener and stronger. Try a different product.

Moss Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this product really works! My mobile home had some green yuck stuff like n it. I sprayed this on and it looks awesome now! Just hook up to you water hose and spray! My siding is so nice and clean. This stuff works really well and I have bought some since receiving this sample. If you are looking for something to remove all the yuck, here it is!

Moss killed on first application

Worked great. Had to repeat treatment on 2-3 of the worst spots but worked very well. Would buy again

don't work

I used it on shed shingles,only worked on 1/2 of it,on black top ,nothing,tried 2nd bottle,still nothing moss is as green as ever

Waste of Money

I followed the directions correctly and this product does not work at all. I only managed to waste money and water cleaning up the residue left behind. It did not kill any of the moss growing on the rocks around my house.

Got the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had moss on our back deck and in our flower beds. This for the job done with out ruining our other plants in the flower bed or ruining our stained wood deck. So far there has been no regrow this and we sprayed at the beginning of the summer and are now heading into fall. Also easy enough to use I could get my kids to help.

Is there anything by this company that works?

I bought this to apply to a paver patio so that when we put a poly sand mixture, it would prevent the moss from reforming. The moss came quickly back. Didn’t even last a week!

Lawn Moss Laughed At Me

I sprayed 2 bottles of this stuff on roughly 850 sq ft of my yard where there is heavy lawn moss. This product discharges very fast, but I was able to ensure good coverage with 2 bottles. I checked the areas over a 5 day period and I DID NOT see any results. I cannot recommend this product and will instead use a more superior granular product.

Skip it doesn't work

I followed the instructions. Day was perfect for applying it to my patio deck. Used half the bottle even went over it twice. Nothing happened. Moss remained. I wouldn't recommend this product.
