Sprayer works well

Sometimes you have to spray twice but you can actually see the moss dying. Some moss products don’t do much.

Worthless and a waste of money

There is nothing to like about this product, waste of money, doesn't work at all. I have a paver patio about 10x12 with moss growing between the blocks. I applied the entire bottle in two applications. Moss is just as green and healthy as before. I use to blast it out with a power washer, guess I'll go back to that method. I will not buy any other products from this manufacturer.

The product really works as it says.

Application was simple and after a week I was able to scrape off most of the moss. A second application will probably finish the job.

Worked well, sprayed good, but would have liked it to spray further.

It is good for a small problem

It is easy to use but I have a bigger moss problem than this produce ca fix

Does not work very well

Spraying roof moss it kills tiny spots but overall a week later the moss is as green as ever.

Completely useless trash

Unusable. Trash garden hose connection blew off upon first turning on the hose, rendering the product completely worthless.

Green funky stuff no more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad that Bio Advanced 2 in 1 moss and algae killer cleaner has come into my life. We have white siding on our home every year that and our porches become green, nasty, and dirty looking from the moss, algae and dirty slimy stuff. it doesnt work as described......used the entire p[roduct on my walkway that had some mold on the bricks......was not very effective

Don't waste your hard earned money

TLDR: You'd have more luck killing moss using the bottle as a scraper than wasting the water necessary to apply this stuff. I bought two bottles of this Bio Advance 32-fl oz hose end sprayer to use on a small brick patio. I thought after applying the first bottle and letting it do its magic for a day or two I would see some results. I didn't even notice any changes. Great moss killer for rooftops.

Works as advertised to kill moss on a roof. Unfortunately, when the moss is growing under the edge of the shingle it can't just dry up and blow away, so you still have to get up there and scrape it out. It sure is a lot easier to scrape it out when it is dead, though.
