Was a little difficult to scoop with what I had, but not so much that I couldn't get it out of the bag; more packed together than hard texture. My plant bed is now fresh to finish winter, and will be ready for new plants in Spring. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mushroom compost recently and everything looks good so far. The bag is sturdy and the compost inside looks clean and rich. It’s not planting season here, so I’ll need to wait before actually using it, but I’m glad to have it ready for when spring comes. My first impression is positive.

Since the bag is a lot smaller than her beds she had to do some mixing. That is one downside it’s a smaller bag so you may need multiple to fill a space—which the bag mentions how many you may need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was packaged well without any rips or spilling. As soon as I opened the bag, I encountered a rich earthy aroma to the soil. The soil had a nice, heterogenous appearance. It had a moist, dark composition. It was very easy to manipulate and sift through. I’m using the soil in my raised garden bed where I am planting tulip bulbs for the winter. It is a good value, and I would get it again!

Easy to work with

Since it’s so cold out it will have to be used on a bigger scale this spring but for now- repotting all of my indoor plants for the winter. Hopeful they will thrive in this soil. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this kinda late in the season (almost November) but thanks to obscene changes in climate due to fossil fuel abuse of the earth, our garden was still a little green. Having its last gasp of life, if you will. The products works great, and it’s never too late to add some nutrients to the soil, especially when it’s so close to the part of the season when everything dies and nourishes the earth anyway.

Perfect for all of your planting needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Plant girly. I love everything to do with gardening. So when I can test out a new raised bed mix I am all in. This mix is perfect for all of my planting needs. It doesn’t seem to attract any unwanted pests. I also love that the odor is not overwhelming like most mixes are. I store my soil in big plastic totes and it stayed nice and dry and did not clump up. This mix has a wonderful texture to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this brand. Their products are all natural and boost growth for vegetation! You can see the spores through the soil so it definitely maximizes nutrition. It’s very airy and light feel and even when the soil is pressed down it doesn’t compact the air flow for the roots to reach! It’s not a heavy soil, and doesn’t have bark so you’re able to have the soil form to the shape of the pot.

Super food for the food that we need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superfood for my plants. Great for indoor little projects and things to do at home with kids. Easy to handle. Loose soil, easy drainage. Soaks water pretty quick and not too dense and voila my sprouts turned green so quick. I'm planting pink guava in little disposable cups. Next I will be doing herbs and veggies.
