When open small part, I felt dirt it was well moist. I scoop the dirt and put it in plant pot. If my plant can talk it said "Thank you".

It brings a good source of nutrients to my little garden and make it easy to stay bagging without leaking to the soil. It also has a good packaging which does not leak smell outside so very comfortable for storage with no odor. Lightweight for great nutrients!

Fungus gnat breeding ground

Since it was too cold for me to do any outdoor container gardening, I stored this in my laundry room to wait for the spring. My home was suddenly overrun with fungus gnats despite not having gotten any new houseplants and no matter how many sticky traps and Zevo catchers I placed, the infestation only increased over the last few months. ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soil smelled very earthy, yet clean with no scent of any chemical pesticides or fertilizers. The consistency was great, no big chunks of bark, no hard solid clumps of dirt. This soil is light and airy, as well as very fine, no big chunks of organic material. It was also very easy to spread. I'm excited to see what my plants think of it as we get closer to spring!

Good Soil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging wasn’t sturdy and came with a hole so the soil was getting everywhere. But the product itself has been good so far. Started using it for some tomato seeds to prepare for the spring. Will need to wait a little to see if there will be any growth. I like that it is organic as well.

It's potting soil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't really know what to say, it's potting soil. It's a seed starting mix so it's mostly peat moss and likely devoid of a lot of nutrients (which is fine for what it is). It's February and I'm in Chicago so not a great time to be starting seeds, I'm sure they'll grow well with this though. Again, it's just potting soil, lol.

We found it retains water well, no annoying little flying bugs and it looks nice. It’s a rich, deep soil packed with nutrients to help your plants grow! We’ve used a few different types of soil from this brand and we are huge fans!
