Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this soil. It was not clumpy at all. Very little dust or mess. It was really easy to use and my plants stayed it the soil with no issues. So far it seems the phlevels will work well with my plants stayed.

Great soil mixture to give plants a healthy enviro

I jumped at the chance to try this brand because I have a number of plants that needed a boost! The soil is rich and loamy a perfect mix of nutrients to help plants grow well. Easy to spread

Good, rich, not too much filler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! Seems like pretty rich soil with not too much filler. Of course when you’re looking at a budget or middle-of-the-road soil you’re going to have *some* filler, so there’s mulch and such in there. But it was nice and moist, not moldy, and my pothos seems happy so far.

Does it's job

Quality for your plants.

The potting soil is deep dark in color with a heavy substance feel. Not clumpy and hard. I used to pack in and around the late spring blooming trees. It’s enriched with limestone, plant food, and peat. It’s great for indoor and outdoor plant life. A great quality potting soil.

Dark, Rich Soil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This potting mix looks dark & rich when you open the bag. I used it to add to some of my established planters that needed some more rich soil. I will use it when I start planting my spring flowers. It wasn’t clumped or hard like some soils I’ve gotten are, it’s very loose & not compacted. It’s a good value for the money & made in the USA.

Large bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soil appears appears to very hearty for fresh growth or to add to your other flower pots. I am doing both. I used it to plant some wildflower seeds. Felt like it had enough moisture for germination. Bag size was huge. Now I wait to see if I have sprouts.

Cool Potting soil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this potting soil to repot my plant recently. I sized up on the pot and found this a perfect opportunity to try this! It’s potting soil, so there isn’t much of a scent to it (other than the regular dirt scent). It compacted down nicely after watering and loosened to help excess water drain out! I think I will enjoy this for moving my starter plants to bigger pots

Quality clean soil

Nice blend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t find an overpowering smell to this product. It seems to be retaining its moisture pretty well. It is a thicker soil, that has a mulch feel. It comes in standard packaging like other brands. I have been using it so far for winter sowing and so far that’s been going very well.

Great potting mix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to have this Back to the Roots organic potting mix. I am new to gardening but using quality mix will help my garden grow healthy. The mix is soft, nice fresh smell. Easy to sprinkle or pack on where needed. The bag is heavy and stays together, not easily punctured when lifting and moving. Can't wait for my garden to grow.
