SAVING MY PLANTS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use potting mix and was excited to receive this product to try! I have a ton of indoor and outdoor plants and many projects! I replanted some of my small indoor plants and still need to use more of this bag of soil to use for my bigger potted indoor plant to repot, but I like it a lot so far. I like the contents of what it says on the bag that it contains in the soil and my plants seem happy! I’ll probably add it to some outdoor plants...

Quality potting mix

Delivery is a MESS!!!

This is shipped through some 3rd party freight company. Lowes c/s is completely useless to assist. Do NOT buy from Lowes or this vendor unless you want a headache!!!!

No point in even trying

I have ordered this item 2 times within a 5 day period and both times Lowes has canceled my order without even so much as a notification. Why post that it is in stock and can be delivered if you cannot provide?

the soil is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is WONDERFUL. the soil is so rich in nutrients it made my rose of sharon bush FLOURISH. i went from being a plant murderer to having a green thumb! i’m happy i received this product as now i think i have a new hobby thanks to this soil. it also doesn’t have a nasty smell as well!

Seedling love it!

Stays too wet for pots

Everything I put in this rotted through and died. I didn't even water it, just from the rain. Everything else that I used other soil for did fine.

Very Poor quality soil

I'm a highly experienced gardener who is very disappointed with this soil. After over two months now, the vegetables planted in this soil are still a fraction of the size and health of the same vegetables planted in other soils (even in smaller pots!). No tomatoes, pepper blossoms or cauliflower heads with Back to the Roots, but those in the other soils are flourishing. The soil looks like forest products--basically wood chips and LOTS of Mushrooms too. It doesn't hold moisture (30 minute...

Delivery is late. Customer service is not helpful. Cannot cancel the order. Won’t order ever again…

Poor quality soil--Do NOT Recommend

We purchased 30 cu. ft. of Back to the Roots Potting Soil. Over a month after transplanting, all of the vegetable plants in this soil are stunted/not growing. Meanwhile, the very same plants (tomatoes, peppers, cauliflower, cabbage, beets, etc.) placed in other organic soils are doing great (4-6 times larger and healthier!) A huge waste of money!

Shorted order!

While I ordered a pallet of 30 bags of this product, by the time I got it all off the pallet, there were only 27 bags (27 cubic feet NOT the 30 advertised)

Good quality product.

order took 2 weeks

i placed this order April 28th and 2 weeks later ABF freight finally comes to try and deliver this i am sorry that was not going to happen this order was badly handled by lowes in assigning it to that freight company. i am still waiting to get a Refund because freight company still has it...
