Would Not RecommendThe consept is good but the design is not strong enough. The clamp is not strong Enough to hold the guide causing my saw to curve out of line. I would not recommend this product line.
Best Straight Edge Guide
Would RecommendI use this straight edge guide for my various routers. Once the clamp is locked down the guide will not move at all. Have not tried it with extensions but the 50" is perfect for what I need.

it don't stay in place
Would Not RecommendLowes had a good price and the reviews looked good, so I bought the combo. I needed it to cut ply wood among other straights I cut. I wish I had saved my money, every time I use it, it moves an made my cuts, router and skill saw curvy and unless I used clamps on each end, useless to me. The only thing I found good is the straight edge, probably the one reason I keep it is the saw guide, it rides on the edge.
Clamp Edge saw guide
Would Not RecommendWorked mush better than the one I purchased and returned on Amazon. I've only used it once so far so we shall see down the road how it holds up.

Well built and works as advertised
Would RecommendI suddenly found my self having to make a number larger sheet cross cuts on a project. As I was making my weekly trek to Lowes for supplies I saw this in the door area and thought I'd give it a try. I was impressed with the quality, features and ease of use. I've used it for a week and it's doing a great job. I thought it was a little pricey for just a couple of cuts but the more you do the more attractive the price is and if you take care of it, it should last a long time.

Great tool
Would RecommendIt is always difficult clamping straight-edges on sheets of plywood in order to get a straight cut. This tool makes the job easy and gives a straight cut every time. Easy to clamp to plywood sheet and very secure when in position. Now going to buy the extension so that I can cut a full 8 foot length.

It's great for anyone who doesn't have a table saw. I used to just find the straightest piece of wood I had and could never get this quality of cut. The clamps are about 3/4" thick, which can interfere if you're cutting something thin on a table.

Straight line cuts
Would RecommendThis product is made to use a circular saw to cut 4' X 8' sheets down to size, and I think it would do an excellent job. I purchased this item to use with a wet cut stone saw to cut a sheet of marble to fit a countertop. Problem I discovered was the guide was slightly to thick for my masonery saw. The motor hit the guide before it was flat with the stone. Wound up shimming the guide to gain distance enough for the motor to clear. But, hey, it wasn't intended for that purpose so problems should b...

Great Product!
Would RecommendThis straight edge clamp did exactly what I had hoped it would do. It clamps tightly and even with pressure against it while sawing with a heavy worm gear saw, it did not move. Excellent product!

Quality design and easy to use.
Would RecommendI purchased the WTX 50" clamp edge saw guide to use with my router to cut a groove on the underside of my red oak stair treads. The treads were about 37" long and the guide worked well. Once locked down the guide held securely. I have a 2 1/4 HP router so there was plenty of force against the guide but it didn't move. It's light weight and easy to handle.

Great tool
Would RecommendI Purchased guide for my sister but ended up using it myself, this is the first guide I have seen that you can use on a full sheet of plywood! It was easy to use and didn't move after I clamped it down. If you have problems cutting a straight line with your hand tools this guide will solve the problem! I went back and got one of my own.

Works but not simple to use.
Would RecommendI like the construction of this piece, it is well made. It does however take some getting used to on how to adjust the sliding portion of the clamp into position so it will clamp when you operate the lever on the stationary portion. Also, just because you draw it up tight and clamp it doesn't mean it is square. You must check it with your square before cutting when using it as a saw guide.

Provides a great straight edge
Would RecommendI've been using the Bora clamp edge guide for over a year. This tool fills its intended purpose perfectly. Mark alignment points on the work piece, line up the edge, ensure the rear edge clamp is against the work piece and push the locking lever all the way down and make the cut. My biggest issue is trying to remember on which side of the saw base I'm cutting to add/subtract that to my measurement. I bought this as a faster alternative to my 8 foot long "cutter's edge" when cutting siding for a ...
