I have just installed this and I have noticed it is attracting bugs to it right away. I’m not impressed with the cord. It is ver short so you need an extension cord to put it anywhere.

Kills Those Bugs

The Bug Zapper was easy to put up/set up. It's not too heavy and can withstand wind easily. Once it's plugged in at night or evening when it's dark outside, it starts to work by attracting insects that come out during the dark time. The light seems to bring the insects to it. I was able to get rid of several insects in my back yard.

Ready for spring and summer pests!

The construction of this bug zapper is almost all plastic except for the hanging hook. It is not flimsy though. The wattage is strong for its size. Easy access to replace bulbs and add mosquito bait. The extension cord is somewhat short but pretty typical of these. I’ve been needing one so I don’t get eaten alive when I work out of my garage!

Have the products for few weeks now and decided to run some 'science experiments'... my key observations are: (1) Results depend on the type of bugs you have in your area. Not a bug specialist but some seems to get much more attracted to that right light. (2) Rusults were better with Octenol on.... going back to point #1, not all bugs are the same so we need setup a trap. Now, I also noticed that some insects are more attracted to some people than to Octanol... I also noticed that turning it on ...

Cool bug zapper

I love this bug zapper from black flag. In the directions it stats to use it from early spring to fall. Living in Arizona we get a lot of bugs in this area. It was very easy to install it in our backyard. It has a metal ring on the top so you can hang it. I have a hook outside so I hung it close to a power outlet. It comes with an octenol lure to attached to the outside of the zapper. The zapper has 4500 volts and covers 1/2 acre. I would highly recommend this.

Awesome Bug Zapper

We received this awesome Black Flag bug zapper at the right time just as the mosquitoes and flies are arriving since Spring is just around the corner. Looking forward to bug free days ahead.

Bug zapper

Unlike the old bug zappers, this one is silent! Come with a hanging mount on top, plug it in and your are all set to zap some bugs. Very light weight but seems durable. Has out outer protective cage so you are unable to accidentally zap yourself. Mine is placed near a door to keep bugs from coming in and it has worked great so far!

Perfect for those flying pests!

I love these things; the buzz and sizzle sounds are great. This one is no different. It was very simple to install, pull it out of the box, put up a hook and plug it in, done. I have mine on a dusk to dawn timer so it’s always working for me in eliminating mosquitos from my back porch. Me personally will buy more just for the sounds! Great product.

Bug Zapper!!!!!

I have been using on my back porch and it works wonderful, gets the mosquitos very good, would recommend this product to anybody that has bug issues, easy to use , just plug it in and it is ready to use

One acre bug rapper

The smaller one acre coverage is great think a longer power cord and an on/off switch might be nice in the future. The mosquito bait is an added bonus. Warranty of three years is a peace of mind.

Insect repellent

This seams to be a good insect repellent. Although it's made of plastic I'm not sure how long it will last. The repellent came on quickly and the light was somewhat bright even during the day time.

Compact bug zapper

Cool compact bug zapper. Easy to install just hang and plug in an exyension cord. It comes with one mosquito octenol lure. Im hoping that last the whole month. Im sick of these darn mostiquitos. Time will tell

This Bug Zapper works.

The Bug Zapper works. The older one that I had was made of metal and rusted out a few years ago. I was looking for another one and this one appears to fit the bill. As I write this, it is winter in South Texas, and bugs are not plentiful. YET.

Good product with simple setup

I decided to get ahead of the bugs this year! The unit arrived and all I have to do is install the Octonal bait in the bottom and plug it in. This unit is sized perfectly for my back patio area. The cord could be a bit longer but overall it works great.

Mosquito destroyer!

This thing is pretty tall, ive used it one night so far and kept hearing it zapping i used the mosquito lure that it comes with, time will tell if its worth it. I am pleased with it so far.
