I LOVE everything about this hand vacuum

Absolutely useless

This thing is very awkward to use, I can't believe how many good reviews it has gotten. It does not pick up well and it just makes me feel like I wasted my time trying to use it. I really regret buying it

Reliability is a Concern

I purchased this handheld vac because my sister in law bought this model first in May 2024, and she recommended it - so I bought it in August 2024, I like the extendable wand and the extra power button, and so far it works great with no issues. The issue is the unit my sister in law purchased bit the dust and broke before the first year. Works for only a few months

I really wanted this to work, and initially it did. Gradually it lost suction and now the roller has failed after just 4 months. Feeling really ripped off right now.

DON’T BUY IT

Writing this as a civic service, don’t waste your money on this one. We bought it less than four months ago and it’s not working anymore. So frustrating that they continue to make useless garbage. We use it primarily for cat litter. It worked okay at first and now it’s just constantly dropping. The stars on this one gives me major trust issues.

Faulty Battery/Charger

I loved this vacuum until its battery became faulty. I probably had to charge it twice during the working period. Then it would not charge at all. I probably had it for less than a year. On a bright note, while it was operational, the suction was amazing.

I've had this dustbuster for about two weeks, and thought I'd add a review because of a problem I have not seen addressed. Fwiw, I bought this because of the motorized beater attachment for my carpeted stairs and because I have a German Shedder (GSD). As others have noted, the placement for the power button is very inconveniently placed on the handle and can be inadvertently pressed. But worse than that?
