Would Not RecommendGreat suction, super handy, decent-to-good battery life - while it lasts. Unfortunately, the battery gives out within a year. I've gone through two of these in 21 months (and that's because we've cut back on using it by at least half the past few months). Unfortunately, based on more and more reviews I'm seeing, this is clearly a known issue. It's a bummer because it works really well.

Great hand vacuum
Would RecommendThis is a great handheld vacuum. I love the power brush head on this. All the hand vacuums that I was looking at had a brush head that turn by suction, but this one is powered by a motor, and I love the turbo mode. Very good at getting hair off furniture. Battery life is about 1/2 hour using regular suction. Just remember to charge the battery before you use it the first time. So far, it has exceeded my expectations.

Very very satisfied and happy with this vacuum, I bought the 2nd as gift. I hear the battery is not replaceable. So far it works great figure crossed.

Lousy suction
Very disappointed. Black and Decker products have always been a good performer. However, this dust buster has slowly gotten worse over past year. I have faithfully cleaned filter and recharged after each use and it has not made any difference. Suction is weak to nonexistent. This is what happens when you cheapen a product. Will never buy B&D again
