I've had this dustbuster for about two weeks, and thought I'd add a review because of a problem I have not seen addressed. Fwiw, I bought this because of the motorized beater attachment for my carpeted stairs and because I have a German Shedder (GSD). As others have noted, the placement for the power button is very inconveniently placed on the handle and can be inadvertently pressed. But worse than that? Handy Little Sucker!!

Best cordless hand vac I have used! Easily deployed wide crevice nozzle, two vacuum power settings and a robust roller brush attachment. Works great in my home workshop on messy clean-ups.

This like most products today are throw away units

This unit does have a goodly amount of power, but there are some issues with it. I am seriously thinking about taking it back to the store. When I first fired it off, the brush unit would not turn. It was really tight but I fiddled with it by trying to roll it back and forth a bit and it came loose so the motor could drive it normally. But after a few moments the brush froze up again. I freed it again by moving it by hand again and again it came free. But it froze again in a couple more moments....

This one does the job

Small and light but powerful enough to deal with cat hair. This was exactly what I needed.

Works great and is quiet

I bought a new one for my new house and I love it! Works great and I use it almost daily. Doesn't need to be charged too often and is easy to clean out.

Hoping replacement does better

It worked great until it suddenly quit working and having properly suction, spitting cat litter back out again. My bad for not buying the extended warranty as its failure occurred just past the deadline. I'm hoping it was just that unit and not the product, as this is its replacement and this time with an extended warranty. Fingers crossed.

No Charging Cradle

I have another one that has a charging cradle and I like it. I thought I was buying the same thing. This is essentially the same unit but it does not have the charging cradle, which is disappointing.

Best handheld vacuum I have bought in a while!

So far a decent vacuum. It does do as it advertised however, it almost didn’t make it up 13 stairs in my condo/townhome in one go. I charged it for 48 hrs after receiving it so it had a full charge. I didn’t know about the levels of suction so I was on the lower level for the 1st 5 out of 13 stairs. I have two cats so I thought I why not use the higher setting. Well don’t do that. lol. My battery went from being full to empty in a matter of minutes. Which I do understand that high setting will ...
