Lightweight yet powerful vaccum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this vaccum in diffrent areas to include hardwood, carpet rugs, and ceramic tile flooring. The vacuum is very lightweight and was easy to push and pull. It was like it was leading me. It was able to pick up all ot my pet hair on all of these surfaces effectively so that i was able to mop without the worry of dog hair. I liked that the filter is washable and i dont need to buy another one. Its slim design makes it easy to store.

Runs smoothly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say I am actually enjoying doing the floors with this vac. 1. It charges up pretty quick. 2. Runs over the floors smoothly. 3. The suction this has is great. This gets all the dog hair up with ease. I really feel my floors are clean.

Not up to Black & Decker standards

The battery only lasts for 15 minutes, not 40+ as claimed. Also, the wheel repeatedly falls off.

Solidly built, yet light and easy to maneuver

This did an excellent job of getting up crumbs, fuzz, and debris. I like how light the device is while still being sturdy and feeling solid. Light and clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a really good vacuum. Picks up alot. Very strong suction. Only down fall is it doesn't hard a charge long and the canister is smaller. I like how you dont have to switch it from carpet to hard floor.

Great stick vac!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. Have variable power depending on how much dirt it senses which makes it very easy to use. You can change the power setting but no need. Good runtime but wears down when flood is very dirty. Only downsides are it's heavy and no place to store accessories.

I loved this vacuum in the beginning! It was lightweight and did an amazing job! It only lasted 6 months before the brush stopped spinning and there are no replacement parts.

We bought this in- store in reno nevada and it only lasted 2 uses before the light and roller quit working. I cleaned everything in the roller and it still didn't work. Highly disappointed and wasted money.

Quality for the price

For the price, this is a great vacuum cleaner for smaller homes does exactly what I needed it to do. This is my second one purchased

Handy vacuum

I bought the stick vac a few months ago. I really love it on the hard floors we have. Recently it started going into high speed for no apparent reason. This occurs on hard floors. Annoying because the higher speed is very loud. I clean the catch can regularly.

The vaccum worked but it stopped working within less than a year. I am unsure of how to clean the vaccum, as there are no instructions. I dont know what I should do, I dont know if I need to clean the vaccum or it just completely isnt working. More helpful videos on how to take care of the product would be helpful. As of right now the vaccum is just pushing the dirt around my house. I am not very happy that my home feels unclean.
