We love our vacuum for the convenience of cleaning our smaller downstairs area. We’ve ran into a few issues, the roller is not working and it is created a whirring sound. It also puffs out dust from the top vents. Is there something that can be done. It is fairly new and we don’t really want to purchase a whole brand new vacuum. We already had to pay for a new charger as well. We’re wondering if we just got a defective vacuum.

Would Not RecommendPurchased this cordless vacuum cleaner 3 months and 3 days ago. Won't hold a charge and stopped picking up very well and the motor started sounding like a jet engine. Store where it was purchased refused to replace due to it being purchased over 3 months (3 days over).
