Bad battery
As a vacuum it works fine but the battery lasted about three months and now won't completely charge. Lights say it is charging but won't get to full charge and inly runs for a few seconds then stops. Can't find any warranty info on battery but the price is about a third of the cost of vacuum. Dyson battery lasted years so no not recommended to purchase

Unable to use on any low pile carpets or rugs.
This works great on bare floors, but if you have rugs with low pile it will literally suck them in and it will be impossible to vacuum them. I now have to buy another vacuum just for a quick cleaning on my area rugs
