Great handheld vacuum

This handheld vac has powerful suction. Really like the swivel nozzle and pop-out brush.

Pivots were the best til now

The Pivot is my favorite portable hand vac for its compact footprint and strong suction. I've probably gifted 6 Pivots to friends and family and have 3 in the house now. Unfortunately, the last 2 Pivots I bought will not charge up and are sitting brandnew in a box. What a quandry! I plan to con- tact B&D for help.

Horrible run time!

I have had a Dustbuster Pivot Vac for a little more than 6 months and it now will not hold a charge for more than 3 minutes. This is unsatisfactory. What can be done?

Convenient and More Powerful!

This excellent compact workhorse is easy to use and very convenient for household spruce-ups and spills. This current generation vacuum is more powerful and holds a charge longer than previous models.

I received this product December 2019 and I love it! I use it everyday for my car or in my house. I am now having a little problem that when I use it it turns off. After 6 years. It may be the battery?

No wide mouth nozzle attachment

Doesn’t have a wide mouth nozzle atrachment. Otherwise good vac

EZ folding, charging, emptying but no accessories

I like the folding feature and the ease of placing it in the charger base. Also it is easy to empty. Also like the folding brush at at the tip. Missed any attachments that could help it get into crevices and corners.

Charging base is too flimsy

I have bought two of these in the past decade. Both are still in use. No problem with either vacuum but the charging dock is too flimsy and doesn't always charge.

Good Hand Vac, ridiculous charger

Decent hand vac... I have had these for 25+ years...works fine...BUT this stupid charging base makes ZERO sense. Adds another cluttering countertop item and you cant charge it when its stored on the INCLUDED wall hanger! Make it make sense!

The 20v. Pivot Vac That is not Dependable

I've used Dustbusters for years and have never had any problems. I bought the 20v. Pivot Vac last week online because I wanted the extra power and the easy storability of the product. I wish I had read the reviews because I'm having the same problem: the battery doesn't hold a charge. I plugged it in overnight in a warm room and still nothing the next day. I'm so disappointed.

Dead on Arrival.

Really difficult to open and close the lid on the filters, battery came dead as I'm getting no LED lights, instruction manual I found online is no help at all. Doesn't work.

Super handy, good purchase

Love it with one caveat: the filter is hard to get out with my weak hands. Maybe I’m doing it wrong. Please post a how-to video showing how to disassemble for cleaning. Super handy with a messy toddler in the house. I haven’t had problems. The reviews are varied, but it has been a good purchase for our family. I recommend based on my experience.

Good power, poor life.

Great vac but long term battery life is not great. After a year of occasional use the vac won't hold a charge and will turnn off in under one min. The batteries are shot and are not easily replaceable when the rest of the vac is still in fine shape. If batteries were replaceable then vac would be fine but now it's destined for the trash. What a waste.

Stopped working

Bought this in 2022. We used it less than 30 times. Something was wrong with it as the suction was not great and it became so loud we were convinced something was off. Then if we were to turn it sideways while on, we would smell burning plastic. It seemed dangerous to plug in or use at that point. Shopping for a new one now

Pivot Lithium 20vmax

I have had the pivot vacuum for 2+ years. The collection bin door broke but I am still able or was able to use it until recently. It would not recharge. I thought it may have been the base so I replaced it but it still doesn’t charge. I read online that several customers were having the same issues as me. So, I will attempt to contact Black and Decker and based on their response will purchase another item from them or go to another (probably Chinese) product. In my opinion this product should ...

design fail

When attempting to mount the charging base to the wall, I found that the lower clearance hole intended for screw insertion does not align with the actual mounting hole, which prevented proper attachment.

Love it

After three years of frequent use, it still works like new. Outstanding product.
