Stopped spinning

We had this vacuum for about 8 months before the brush head stopped spinning. It was great until now but broke far sooner than I would have liked.

Brush and light stopped working

I haven’t had this vacuum very long and the light stopped working and the brush stopped spinning also. It’s fully charged, cleaned, and nothing is tangled. Pretty upset with this product. Please advise

Best floor care product I’ve ever bought!

I purchased the Power Series 16V cordless stick vacuum and I love it! It’s lightweight, has very powerful suction, has a head lamp and it stands upright on its own. I have a cat and dog and vacuum every day. Previously I used a corded vacuum and it was a real chore. Get the vacuum out of the closet, unwind the cord, plug in vacuum then, I had to stop to move to another electrical outlet, vacuum some more then empty the dust bin, rewind the cord and put away. Doesnt last long

I had this product for about two months before it broke. It had been working perfectly fine and was being used every other day then one day I went to turn it on and there was no suction and the spinner wouldn’t move. My vacuum was clean and nothing was trapped in the spinner or filter. I took it to a local vacuum repair tech and even they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I also wish the charging port had some sort of plug to cover it when not in use or was in a different spot because ...

Garbage

Garbage. Top heavy at the handle and causes the thing to fall over unless propped against the wall, clunky, don't have enough air flow through the unit to pick up dirt off hard flooring. hair gets stuck around roller head by bearings and just caused this Garbage piece of crap to stop rolling. Not enough air flow when head is detached for the crevice tool to pick up dust and dirt at base molding. I want my money back.

Great little vacuum!

Lightweight, very "limber" as far as getting around corners and under things. Good product for its price!

Best valued vacuum, if you go any cheaper, no good

Cons: The crevice attachment does not have anywhere to attach to on the vacuum. You must store it somewhere. Pros: Amazing suction that is better than a big older vacuum I have. Even if I vacuum every day, it still manages to fill up. It really opened my eyes on how dusty a room could get after just a day. It was not noticeable with my old vacuum that didn’t pick up anything if I vacuumed too frequently.

Broke after 5 minutes.

Brush and light stopped working

I bought this vacuum about 3 months ago. I only use it to vacuum my guest bedroom about once a month. The room is closed off, so I'm only vacuuming to fluff the carpet. Today, I noticed the brush and light came on but went off as soon as I tried to use it. Nothing is tangled and it's fully charged.

Amazing on floors

Super power suction on LVP and rugs. I loved how this product transitions between the multi floor with vacuuming! Highly recommend.

Great little stick vacuum

Love the power, the light and the way the head angles, it does a great job on my wood and tile floors. I have 4 dogs and need to clean my floors daily for dog hair. I ran it on full power the entire time which has the best suction so I'm sure that uses more battery power. I have a large home with mostly bare floors so the charge didn't last long enough for the entire house, Wish it charged faster or lasted longer but still a 5 star review for the money.

Spin Brush Stopped Working

I was gifted this vaccuum for Christmas and fell in love with it quickly. I also fell out of love with it just as fast. After a week of usage the spin brush stopped working completely. I took it out, cleaned everything thoroughly, and even left it out and turned the vacuum on and saw the motor spinning. amazing stick vacuum

my daughter has this at her home and so I use it when I'm there house sitting and I just love it! It's so light and easy to use and for a cordless I was shocked at the power it has for picking up stuff and how long it will last! I also love that it just attaches to the wall unit and is out of sight so easily! I will be buying one soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many things to love about this vacuum. Its lightweight and the battery is long lasting. I was able to vacuum the whole house (2,600 sq ft.) on a half charge and a whole charge. The suction on it is very good and is really good with picking up hair. I only had to empty it twice when vacuuming the whole house.
